I have a bunch of resolutions for 2014. Biggest one though is my diet.nbsp; I’m an actress though I get dissed by some famous ones for saying that, I’m still going to pursue my dreams despite the 1%.nbsp; I’m also a cancer survivor.nbsp; Though I’m worried the cancer may be back so I’m taking steps to fight it because I can’t afford to get checked and I’ve had negligent care in Los Angeles and I think it’s due to prejudice.nbsp; Though I’m confused because I’m a straight liberal lover of the bard.nbsp; If it has to do with my education and that I’m a woman, that is definitely not constitutional and if you want to violate my rights and force me to be a slave to the constitution your nuts.nbsp;

Anyways the goals to get healthy are eliminate sugar and cut starch and costs.nbsp; After my molasses and agave run out I’m only going to use Stevia.nbsp; It actually looks expensive but when 9 drops equals 2 tablespoons of sugar and a teaspoon equals a cup it’s actually cost effective.nbsp; The taste is different but I don’t get a sugar down.

Goal two be vegan and gluten free on the cheap, and cut out things bad bacteria and fungus might live off of like high starch.nbsp; My toe was smashed at the Next Stage theater in 2009 and its a mess. So I’m going through the book “Main Street Vegan.” One valuable lesson is to emulsify almond butter in water equal parts.nbsp; Well I tried to do that by eye, used to much water, added more almond butter.nbsp; Thus the smorgasbord of almond butter in this pic:

Nice.nbsp; I still have a bit extra I may put in the fridge for later but it worked.nbsp; I got allot more almond butter for the money.nbsp; Though the batch I bought is a bit liquidity. I may get the chunky kind next time.nbsp; I always get the unsalted variety at Trader Joe’s.nbsp;
