Diet continued
Kiwi. 4 Brazil nuts. 1/2 cup oatmeal with agave/ maple syrup. Some dried apricots.
Leftover rice/ quinoa/ eggplant. I’m hungry.
Lunch. Rice mixed with mung beans, about 1/2 cup flavored with olive oil, Apple cider vinegar and spices. Side of shredded carrots. Topped with one whole avocado. I eat the entire avocado as opposed to risk it going bad when I have one.
1/4 cup watermelon. I have a mini one and it will probably take a few more days to finish it.
Had to go drop off tests to doctors. Ate some Brazil nuts and apricots. Made tempeh with a mushroom miso onion garlic sauce. Need to eliminate onions. Ate some by itself but made colorful quinoa and put some over it. I need more colorful veggies in diet but my stomach is being sensitive. Low budget.
