NOTE: There were people at the meeting last MARCH (POLITICAL to talk about the MERGER) who screamed at NED VAUGHN.  I Did not do that.  I waited in line to talk.  Marc Gershwin from the email I sent to Central Casting was at that meeting and I saw him leave as I was walking up to the mic.  Their security Guard assaulted me in the lobby and I ended up taking off my shirt to make him get out of my physical space and so he would see I had nothing ON ME that would HURT anyone.  I volunteer every year for film festivals and events.  JUST BECAUSE I AM LIBERAL AND not MARRIED and don’t belong to a protestant CHURCH or carry a REPUBLICAN VOTING CARD that does not make me some pervert or terrorist.  I actually wonder though if ANYONE will step forward and verify that I did not do anything harmful or interrupt the meetings.  SERIOUSLY I always WAITED IN LINE.  Frankly I remember even getting the crowd to cheer for saying that the UNION needed to be one not just for the celebrities.

NOTE- embedded are the Charges documents to SAG, a paycheck from Changling, and also my 501/50 documents and also emails proving I did not say I would get a GUN.  ALSO MEDICAL BILLS for a HOSPITAL STAY I DID NOT ASK FOR compliments of SAG security.  (I have pay checks from Grey’s to who switched from Sessions payroll (the pay roll company of record for my January 2008 accident) to Universal in 2008 after my accident.

Last January I started the process of filing charges against the actors from Grey’s and the UNION members how had bullied me on set and abused me and acted like I needed a boy friend to work.  Believe it or not I am a ROMANTIC.  I don’t date just to date.  I never have.  My goal is to be a professional and work for a career I love in the hope I get strong and so I am not owned or feel less than any men who may come into my life.  SAG took me seriously at first.

Here is the INTERESTING PART.  First I wanted to add WILL WALLACE to the complaint and they told me I could.  Second, I also ended up in March being 501/50ed by the UNION.  One of the people I was filing charges against- Johnny Ponzio (he told me I could be back with Central in 2 years- the statute of limitation for an accident like the one I had, plus he kept insinuating I was just background and well it was remarks on sets from his Ex girlfriend on Grey’s that made me want to face him in addition to her and find out why they kept treating me like I was after someone when I was after just working.)  Have you seen the film “Changeling.”  Well I did just a month ago and do you know what happens to the lead character?  She will not keep her mouth shut, so the police throw her into an INSITUTION for days.   I worked that FILM.  Jolie ran into me on set during the crowd scene.  She kind of tripped I think because she pushed into me and well I did my job and did not react like I just ran into the starlet.  I heard someone say at that point “and we want to get rid of her.”  This was a CLINT EASTWOOD FILM as in REPUBLICAN and CHAIRS.  There seems to be a pattern with the people in the INDUSTRY who have been abusing me, though I don’t know Will Wallace’s political views.

Note by the date of the Changling job I had made 12,000 from Central.  That was typical for me for the years prior to that.  Central was not my only employer though on sets.  I also was working to get training in film production stuff involving the Internet.  I saw what was changing.  If there was no money in Hulu, people would not be making series exclusively for Hulu, if you get my meaning.  But as a WOMAN the UNION decided to just throw me into an institution instead of finding out the TRUTH.  And for saying I was a retired lawyer- when I really am, and for saying I would get a “gun” to someone on the phone when I am sorry but I HATE GUNS.

Not only that but I started getting MEDICAL bills for a HOSPITAL STAY I DID NOT WANT!!!

I WANT TO SUE THE UNION PLEASE!!!  They recently also sent me a letter saying if I step into the building that I would be arrested, yet they don’t own the building.  I never attack anyone and frankly I never would.  I attended this little panel discussion and was in the third row.  The actress who leads the SAG orientations talked about how she wished that people would chose a god or no god (I am Budhist and Catholic), how they should producer their own stuff (John Hawkes told me that a week before) and announced that her favorite charity was the Republicans.  They also commented that being a lawyer was just looking stuff up.  If that is all it is, then there would not be so many law student right now not able to find JOBS.  Seriously if this was the Republican way of helping my NRA member father, you FAILED.  I would have been better off left alone.  Not everyone in the industry is conservative and I might have found democratic film makers willing to work with me.

AND BECAUSE THEY RUINED everything I was working for in the INDUSTRY.  Sided with a guy who tried to molest me and who I actually did not want to see KILL HIMSELF.  Also because I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING VIOLENT IN MY LIFE.  I never screamed out of turn on a reglar basis at any meeting.  I NEVER hurt anyone, threatened anyone, and they basically were trying to put me in MORE DEBT to get me out of the UNION for guys who had been unprofessional toward me, I want to SUE THEM (which is the only threat I ever give to anyone) for what DEMPSEY AND DANE MADE per episode on Grey’s ANATOMY and if this keeps up times 2).  I DID NOT DISRUPT THE MEETING. I stood in LINE and waited for my TURN and then the cut the time just as I got to the MIC so I yelled at the top of my lungs.  SEE KATy’s emails above- becasue she was in the second row and heard exactly what I said.

THERE ARE TOO MANY LAWYERS people and not enough work so I LEFT THE PROFESSION and was WORKING HARD TO DO SOMETHING ELSE.  There are plenty of MEN who have law degrees working in the industry and ACTING??

THERE WERE PLENTY OF PEOPLE AT THOSE MEETINGS and I even ran into a guy who was there and when I told him what happened he was like “WHAT?” and listed a bunch of people who I don’t know who were 10x more destructive than I WAS.
