Rice mixed with mung beans, about 1\/2 cup flavored with olive oil, Apple cider vinegar and spices.\u00a0 Side of shredded carrots. Topped with one whole avocado.\u00a0 I eat the entire avocado as opposed to risk it going bad when I have one.\u00a0<br \/>\n1\/4 cup watermelon.\u00a0 I have a mini one and it will probably take a few more days to finish it.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Had to go drop off tests to doctors.
