One plum.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I made lemon Chia seed water and had a cup after it sat in the fridge for an hour.\u00a0 I want to make Chia pudding but I need a mason jar. Oatmeal with agave maple.\u00a0 I&#8217;m getting bored though so adding tablespoon of Tahini.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m trying to avoid food that irritates my stomach so limiting onions, actually eliminating but I have one left, no tomatoes, cruciferous veggies, egg plant, straw berries, and spinach because it has iodine.\u00a0 Its working as my throat feels better.\u00a0 Need to solve medical problem though, not just deal with symptoms.\u00a0 I have cabbage and chard and carrots.\u00a0 Need more veggies though.\u00a0 had a second cup of Chia lemon water.  <\/p>\n<p>Made rice pasta, about half to full cup and added half to full cup of the mushroom miso and throwing in some chard to make it green.&nbsp;<br \/>\nAlso drinking throat tea by Ayurvedic Balanced Tea.  Herbal but wish was organic.  Also lemon grass tea good for my tummy.  Taking thyroid calm by Herb Pharm that seems to calm some of my symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Rice and mung beans leftovers heated with carrots shredded topped with Tahini.  <\/p>\n<p>Slice of vegan GF pizza from a restaurant in Santa Monica.  I need to make some this weekend.  Its cheaper when I make it.<br \/>\nWhen I got home I was hungry even though it was almost midnight I made rice pasta and just put some vegan butter I make out of flax, coconut, and olive oil on it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brazil nuts four.\u00a0 One fig.
