I attended the meeting at the LODGE in Sherman Oaks for SAG AFTRA or tried to. I had the audacity to walk in and be checked in and they gave me a voting card. As I was walking in I ran into VINCENT AMAYA. I had worked with Vincent on sets. He had been a Production Assistant and also Background. I told Vincent what the UNION did to me. How I was strapped to a hospital bed for 24 hours without food. VINCENT is friends with OLGA KARAVIVA also known as OLGA KAY who worked with me on Carnivale and KNEW Jeremy Gilbreathe, John Ponzio, and CYNTHIA YOUNGBLOOD of Gray’s ANATOMY. I know Vincent’s sexuality which may explain why some people have been trying to imply I am GAY. I am NOT. I actually was asked by a man coming in what my platform was, so I assume things were going to be VOTED ON. IN other words it was not JUST a meeting to mix and mingle despite the advertisement. http:\/\/www.sagaftra.org\/locals\/los-angeles\/events\/membership-meeting-feb-8<\/p>\n

I then proceeded to walk into the meeting. An older gentleman asked me about a sign I was carrying that read “SAG AND AFTRA ARE CORRUPT” asked me about my platform. I told him I did not have one. I also told him what happened. how Ned Vaughn presiding over a meeting of the UNION in 2012 had the cops put me on a three day hold. I am not a celebrity. I am a girl who loved working on sets and worked on sets for five years. I am a girl who wanted to work in production and also work toward being an actor. to me I was a tortoise in a race not out to beat anyone. Just out to experience the journey and be challenged as an actor, not challenged to do things I HATE doing. Well all of a sudden the SAM security guard stops me who grabbed me in 2012.<\/p>\n

This security guard told me he wanted for me to step back to the table and talk to him. I have 4 SAG vouchers. I have three AFTRA vouchers. I have the requirements to be UNION just like a bunch of people at that meeting. By the way someone show the Security guard the email I sent JErEMY GILBREATHE in 2008 to leave me ALONE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The GUARD by the way told me he knew JASON GEORGE, ASAF COHEN, DAVID H LAWRENCE & BLAKE SHIELDS. Well I did know BLAKE.<\/a> And BLAKE KNEW ME<\/a>. I don’t stalk anyone. I don’t go out with guys who don’t ask me out or want me. I mean it is kind of impossible to go on a date with someone who does not want to go on a date. Everyone should just butt out because how I feel is not your business and what I do where a guy is concerned isn’t either. I am here to be a professional actor not be in HIGH SCHOOL. I also know DAVID LAWRENCE. I have an email from him asking me to call him because he wanted to date me. I turned him down. KI really don’t know Asaf Cohen other than after he found out I did not want to date LAWYERS he proceeded at meeting to act like I was an enemy of the MERGER and also one day I walked up to him with a file box full of my pay checks Assaf starts yelling “she is assaulting me.” I could barely carry the box in my arms let alone raise it up to strike him with it. My response was “excuse me but you know both DAVID H LAWRENCE and BLAKE SHIELDS who asked me for drinks.” It was actually the meeting before the one where I was hauled off as I was peacefully leaving by the POLICE <\/p>\n

The security guard I told him I was terrified and what the UNION did to me compliments of his actions. I did not attack HIM. I did not touch him. I did call him FAT in a moment of anger. A woman who was with the person being awarded came over and asked me to not ruin her friend’s day. But I’d like to point out that it was a meeting where I was given a card that said VOTE on it. It was not just a meeting for one person to achieve an award. It was a meeting of the local members because the UNION is a political animal with a political process and I was being denied my rights to have a VOICE all because of perverted people covering up the sexual antics of a former drug and sex addict. JUST BECAUSE I am a single woman who has had relationships with MEN does not make me IMMORAL or a cheater or a liar or someone who deserves to be ostracized from an organization with members who are as diverse as SAG AFTRA IS.<\/p>\n

Another security guard came over or at least I assume he was security. He was very large and white and looked Italian. Facial hair. Dark with some strands of white. He wore a beige suit. The African American security guard insisted that he was not going to have the Police do what they did to me before. He just wanted to talk. Well this other man as I am leaving tells me the cops are on the way. Well I walked from the LODGE in Sherman Oaks to the Trader Joes in Studio City and I saw no police, and I called the Smart Police on my Cell phone and told the NURSE who I had talked to that the SAME SECURITY Guard did the same thing and that I AM A RIGHTFUL MEMBER OF THE UNION. I had every right to be there and every right to be seen as a member of the UNION. <\/p>\n

By the way I am not a juggler like OLGA or PATRICK DEMPSEY but guess WHAT not all actors are. THAT IS NOT A REQUIRMENT TO BE SAG AFTRA. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
