At this point I was going through the reconstruction process which is kind of painful and meant I had to go to the doctor every two weeks for injections.  I worked though. And when I had appointments I would go see Craig Ferguson’s show and laugh, though I would be in so much pain.  His comedian Chucky B and I have the same birthday. 

During this time I was fighting to pay my own rent, car insurance, food and not give up what I was doing and also trying to take as little as possible from what others would call family and to me was a vice around my neck and hope and me being me.

10/21/05 Good German 8 hours My first day on set I remember I was escorted by a crew person I knew and it was strange because these people in a tour bus took my picture. Not sure who they thought I was. I ended up in the hero group around the leads, including Clooney for like a week.  I wondered if the production knew I had lost my breasts.  I know some people were upset with this.  I have learned not to be upset about that.  There is the tale of the man who one day in a metro train was being bothered by kids and he told the father to stop them.  The father told the man he did not know what to do with them.  Their mother died today. I did not think I deserved to be there.  I was grateful for the work and I know I looked like crap.  At the same time, this was my second film with Clooney and he was starting to impress me allot.  At the same time I am a mess and well I figured I was a charity case to them at this point.  At least for this one gig anyways.  the others, I earned them.  I worked hard even when I was sick.  At the same time I don’t think they knew.
