Diet 4/11/14
Breakfast. Almond vanilla yogurt. The coconut yogurt at Whole foods has carageen in it. Three mochi sweet rice cakes with strawberry dyia. My throat likes this not sure why. Took B raw complex vitamin and two flex med.
More rice cakes with daiya. One without and a plum. Carmel corn. Sweet Kochi and cinnamon toast are flavors I have. Made rice with chard and stirred in some Tahini sauce.
Got a Candida shot from the Punchbowl. It has oregano oil and ginger in it. Medicine herbal style.
Got cucumber from the local market. Ate one along with baby carrots and some hummus. Also ate two vegan biscuits with hummus.
I forgot I got a guava kombucha on sale. Had a third of it yesterday and the rest today.
Made vegan Mac and cheese. I added celery and spring onions to it. Big bowl full.
Going to make it again for a pot luck tomorrow.
