Losing weight and scared
I have hashimotis. I’ve been changing my diet to fix my digestion and it is working. But now i am losing weight.
I am keeping track of what i am eating. And my protein intake is at a minimum 50 grams a day. I have a protein shake with veggies and a little fruit every morning. Also i often have chia pudding i make myself or quinoa flakes.
For lunch and dinner i have riceor pasta with vegetables or sprouts. I use olive oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil, and also avocado 2 or 3 times a week for fats.
I eat almond milk, brazil nuts, and recently started adding organic cage free flax fed eggs to my diet as a veggie scramble 2 or 3 times a week, mostly yolk. Though i think the eggs are not helping so im going back to vegan.
Im having my toe nail removed this week too. I need my dignity back.
