My Grocery List
I am both gluten free and vegan, so I took the vegan list and the gluten list from Trader Joe’s and well, made up my own grocery list. Granted foods I don’t like did not make the list, even if on both, and this is not exclusive. Also what I get varies depending on what I feel like eating and also what is available at the store and also the time of year. Some of the food I eat may not be good for me. Sometimes I will get a vegan chocolate bar, but I find my skin does break out if I have too much sugar. I get a craving for potatoes sometimes and want Tater Tots, and I am sure they are not organic and well, balance is the key. If we truly did take care of the planet and ourselves, there would be no pesticides in any of our foods at all and everything we ate would give us good health and a long life. That should be the goal. Peace.
(AND I DON’T BUY Everything on this list at once. I use it as a guide when I prepare to shop and when shopping.)
I also shop in local markets sometimes and the Thai Asian markets for fruits, vegetables, herbs, ginger candy and herbal tea.

I also buy my shampoo and body soaps from the cosmetic section and RAW and food BASED vitamins(EASIER ON MY TUMMY)- MULTI& CALCIUM WITH VIT. D. VITAMIN C
MILK THISTLE, b COMPLEX TAB, GRAPE FRUIT SEED EXTRACT, MELATONIN, LEG VEINS, CAPRYLIC ACID AND OREGANO OIL. SOME OF THIS I ONLY TAKE IF IN PAIN OR GETTING SICK.
I NEED TO FIND A GOOD SOURCE OF GLUCOSAMINE AND CHRONDROTRINE FOR MY KNEE AS OSTEO BIOFLEX UPSETS BY TUMMY IF I TAKE IT ALL THE TIME. ALSO RESEARCH VEGAN SOURCES OF COLLAGEN.
ALSO JARROW DOPHILUS, ACTIATED CHARCOAL (GOT REALLY SICK TO MY TUMMY ONCE AND TOOK THIS AND IT HELPED), ALSO ACETYL L-CARNITINE 500(TOOK FOR A TIME WHEN I WAS TOLD I HAD NERVE DAMAGE TO MY FOOT. SOMETIMES I COULD NOT FEEL MY TOES. THIS WAS POST A SCOOTER ACCIDENT AND I HAD BEEN ALSO TAKING DANCE CLASSES FOR ACTORS.)
