FOLDER AFTRA– Contains copies of emails regarding the incident where I was assaulted by an officer of AFTRA after trying to talk to JASON GEORGE. JASON GEORGE is from Virginia Beach, VA where I was born and spent the first 5 years of my life. And I wonder if he or his family knew my father. I AM NOT HIM. HE IS A RETIRED NARCOTICS agent and CUSTOMS and HOMELAND SECURITY.

Doc A-E-mails with Courtney Lovell – why she says I was pulled off of ELI STONE. Documents I told her I was being bullied.

Doc B-Call sheets- Eli Stone, Grey’s, proof I had access

Doc C– Emails with Nicole West (now JONES) about Will Wallace and well she contradicts herself in the emails. Not a reliable person. Lied to me about going to Central and told me Will was going to cast her.

Doc D– Letters of reference for me from college and graduate school, showing I worked for Court TV, and that I was known at being good in art, acting, and well some said even law.

Doc E– JEREMY GILBREATHE proof he asked to be my friend and the email I sent him to leave me alone.

DOC F– Email to Brian at Central Casting telling him I was assaulted and bullied. This was sent a week before they got rid of me.

DOC G– Emails with Carol Grant who I later found was a friend of JEREMY GILBREATHE. She knew about Blake Shields and even told me she thought he liked me. Blake had at one point asked me out to drinks. We never went. She tried to book me on a gig but then cancelled me last minute in 2009 for I believe a Disney film with DEPP.

DOG H– Emails with Hollywood OS- they made my account life time but then would not let me post I was available to work and cut me off from posting after I tried to tell people what Jeremy did to me.

Doc I– FACEBOOK connections. I found all the people who used to hire me on JEREMY’s WALL or JOHNNY PONZIO.

DOC J– E-mail to and from David Lawrence. There may be more of these. He sent me a picture from a set we worked on together.

DOC K a&b– Email to BRIT reporter day of my blacklisting. Emails with JEFF OLAN telling me I can never work for ABC again because of an incident. But every explanation made no sense as though he or they were making up excuses. The day of he had no explanation.

DOC L– Emails from Blake Shields. Enough said. I wrote to him and told him what JEREMY GILBREATHE DID. Also he is apparently friends with the casting agent for LOST and other DISNEY shows.

Doc M– Emails with TONY BLAIR- she emailed me when I was going through the cancer. ALSO SHE worked with PONZIO and YOUNGBLOOD on CARNIVALE with me. Tried to get onto my LINKEDIN account even after calling me a PSYCHO. Also is friend with LIAM CARTY and others. SHE WAS WORKING FOR HOMELAND SECURITY AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD I WAS ON A LIST.

Doc N a&b&c Emails with ARNE STARR- a background artist who worked on both the last day I worked for CENTRAL on Bedtime Stories and also ON GREY”S anatomy my last day. HE WAS THERE- kept telling me I was being paranoid and that I should just keep working. Yet the last day I was on Grey’s he walked up to me and told me I was recalled but then acted upset when I said that I was to. IN other words- he acted like I did nothing wrong and therefore should still me working. LOOK HIM UP ON IMDB- he is in an episode of REVENGE where they talk about black listing and they featured him. FREAKED ME OUT WHEN I SAW IT. I was talking and emailing about being blacklisted before that show taped.

Doc O– Liam Carty- who took me to my biopsy but in these emails states he thought I had a pap smear and puts me down by calling me just background. I told him over two years ago I wanted no contact as he told me he wanted me to go over to Afghanistan to fight. I had a mastectomy. Liam needs help.

DOC P– This part is ODD. I was stalked by a woman from Canada who later told me TOM CRUISE’s Team might be able to help me. LISA LILLY is apparently Lisa Catania. I was also spied on my someone claiming to be JOHNNY LEE MILLER and some guy pretending to be the head of FACEBOOK somehow got on my moo account and I had to contact the man who runs it to get him off. JEREMY GILBREATHE worked on the FILM SOCIAL NETWORK About facebook. I posted my email to JEREMY on my FACEBOOK page and they took it down. I was also a fan of LUKE MABLY posting on his wall. Over Christmas last year if I posted a picture a picture of Luke Mably would pop up if I did a search for an account in his name like my picture. I posted in a SAG linkedin in board not officially affiliated with SAG that I would only date guys who were vegan if they looked like MABLY and next thing I knew Mably’s Twitter blocked me. As far as I know, Mably publicly has said he is NOT VEGAN. I took classes at the Celebrity Center once just to see what they were about. Well I got listed on a site as though I was one, and have been upset since because I did not start getting harassed until my name came up there. The person who runs it would not post a statement I requested that I was not a member and that I did not go to them to be a celebrity but well- I wanted to meet nice artistic creative people. There were other people I met affiliated with them including a former roommate who worked for corrections.

DOC Q– PROOF that I never said I was going to get a GUN- the501/50 documents proving SAG had me thrown into an institution for 3 days and I should add that the woman KATY- I told her about free classes I was offered by Bruce Glover who as it turns out is friends with WILL WALLACE. I was harassed by a SAG member in a GROUP on facebook. Also that I started getting medical bills for the hospital stay I never wanted or needed. KATY knew I was going to be volunteering at a benefit. I AM A RETIRED LAWYER- no delusions of grandeur here.

DOC R– I had a series of people link up to my linkedin all who worked for DISNEY and I DID NOT KNOW. Also a man, BRIAN BERRY, on LINKEDIN from Pennsylvania (the area where JOHNNY PONZIO IS FROM) started attacking me in a linkedin group. I get kicked out and he gets to stay. He even told me I needed to use my law degree. I also wanted to post about films I was in for another group that was run by a guy who works for DISNEY and he would not approve them.

FOLDER- early_cali_2002_willwallace– Info on ACCIDENT IN 2008. I call it early CALI because it also includes checks to my doctor I used in 2008 who also helped me when I moved to CALI because of an accident I had in 1997. Also checks to TVI and WILL WALLACE who I quit TVI at his request to go study with him. PROOF Grey’s was SESSIONS pay roll in 2007. ALSO EMAIL to WILL WALLACE about him bullying me and other proof of our teacher student relationships. Also proof of a realtiy TV show Will got me involved in with his friend Kathy Wiitens? I pulled out of it because I thought it was fraudulent to pretend to be someone’s friend “for real” and I also thought the show idea was pathetic.

FOLDER – SAG DUES– SAG-AFTRA when I went to pay my dues I found the next day they had no record of my pay. I called my bank and had them flag it to make sure their was a record I made the payment. I called SAG and told them that and then they found my payment. These are screen shots showing I paid and then that it said I HAD NOT. Also the IRS standards for a 501(c)(3). Also the fact that I was planning on filing charges with SAG Against JASON GEORGE’s Friends but they threw me in an institution. SOMEONE ALSO CHANGED MY BILLING ADDRESS SO I NEVER GOT MY DUES STATEMENT FROM SAG.

FOLDER E-mails

· Beruba- director of NEXT STAGE. My toe was crushed at his theater. He told us he worked for Paramount & his father was retired border patrol. I did a showcase there. People made comments that I would not make it. Also my scene partner would not work with me. Berube played the games not me. I wanted cooperation and TEAM effort.

· Lavonne- Casting agent who liked me and cast me and well I helped others when I could.

· Dianne Whiteman- worked with me on ELI STONE and later with the CENSUS. Dianne would write nice but them makes comments about someone saving me, and me losing it and also that I would eventually go through menopause. She freaked me out. Also she told me they fired JOY the casting agent for Eli Stone.

· Janis- SAG Background artist I worked with and talked to about being shut out of background.

· Heather- woman I worked with on G-Force who thought I was beautiful.

· Kurtis Esposito- STALKED ME, Sent me emails repeatedly saying I needed mental care but when I begged him to leave me alone he kept emailing- even connecting with me on Linkedin and he was friends with a woman “AMY” who I worked with the Actor’s Collective.

· Lisa Klien- Former friend from set until I Found out she was buddies with a woman whose boy friend hit on me and well she got mad about it. I would not cheat and she did not get that. Anyways, the email talks about the shows that wanted me as a regular. I really was selected by several with CENTRAL- ELI, BONES, BIG SHOTS, HOUSE and it shows that Marquessa was making comments in a kind of backstabbing way around me and it was getting under my nerves.

· JON ARMSTRONG- Former friend who well- I am a nice girl and we never were more than friends.

· GILBREATHE_LEVIN- I was invited to join a group on meetup but was rejected and well the guy who formed the group was on JEREMY GILBREATHE’s MYSPACE ACCOUNT.

ALSO INCLUDED–

Elistonegirl– IMAGE OF a woman who told me that she hated the PILOT of Eli Stone before it aired and that her soon to be husband is an ABC executive. I saw her recently and well she was very rude but then we were there to see JOHN HAWKES and she did not know I used to hang out with his band.

Workresume2012– my resume. I was working to work in the industry not just make a living to pay rent. I am sorry but there is no happiness for me without a future in the world of acting.

TAXREturns2002-2008– just that. I filed taxes during that time and ALL my INCOME came from working on sets and I was honest with the government. They knew what I was doing and the direction on I was heading in. I GET TIME AND A HALF after 8 HOURS in CALI ON SETS. ‘ have to take two part time jobs in any other industry because other industries typically don’t do over time. Even legal temp work is not lucrative in CALI because of the overtime rules.

government_careerFair0001– Government tried to make me go to job fairs but I have no interest in working with men like my DAD that is why I got a theater degree in college. It would not be mentally healthy for me regardless of the issue of mitigating damages.
