Dear Tim:

I am writing you because I have been blacklisted.    I have a THEATER DEGREE and a MASTERS in PERFORMING ARTS MANAGEMENT AND REFUSE TO WASTE time and life on the goal of just making money any way I can if that effort will not lead me to a JOB I would love to be doing IF I GOT CANCER AGAIN and would want to spend my last day on earth pursuing that endeavor.  I would not have had the surgery that saved my life if I had not been working on sets and IN LOVE with what I was doing.   The year I had cancer I MADE 25,000 because I worked when EVER I could with PASSION and LOVE in my SOUL and HEART.  I also just checked my bank accounts- I made roughly 25,000 pre-tax, and deposited roughly 20,000 in my accounts from which I paid my rent and bills.  I paid my own way when I was sick.  I AM NOT TRAINED TO SUE PEOPLE as a lawyer.  I WORKED FOR COURT TV in law school- not the DOJ, DOD, or HOMELAND SECURITY and I AM NOT MY FATHER who worked for the Government for YEARS.  I as you know am AN ACTRESS.  I never said I was practicing and well for years told people I have a juris doctorate, and I am inactive, and I can play a lawyer on TV, but have no plans to actually be one.  I wanted to work production & act, but then….

In January of 2008 I had been working full time on sets. On the set of “The Goods” with an Assistant Director (AD) Melinda Johnson from Eli Stone and also JT your former stand in was on set- I was told to run all out or I would get fired. SO I ran, and within an hour I was in the hospital. I was told to run by a PA. Melinda after asked me if I was pushed. I spent the rest of the day in the hospital and when I was released on crutches, they sent me back to set and she signed me out, in fact she put in my out time and gave me overtime. The payroll company was SESSIONS (which up until December of 2007 was the payroll company for Grey’s Anatomy.)  I have RECORS OF THIS ACCIDENT, including the phone number of the crew person who carried me to the HOSPITAL.   When I went to work for Grey’s in March of 2008 they had me fill out new pay records because they had switched to Universal.  I ended up months later being told at Grey’s that I was on a list and could NEVER work on a lot with an ABC/ Disney show ever again.   (THE STATUTE of LIMITATION Is still valid now because the UNION 501/50ed in March 2012 on the grounds that I AM NOT A LAWYER and also the police showed up to my door in August three days before the SAG labor picnic to also tell me I am not a lawyer and were going to try to 501/50 me again but I told them my insurance is based in Maryland and therefore they can’t use my insurance to pay for the stay and told them I had class on that Saturday so I would not be protesting at the picnic). (I just watched the film “Changeling” and realized that HISTORY IS REPEATING itself and I want a lawyer to sue the UNION TO STOP IT.) I WILL NEVER SHUT UP ABOUT BEING TOLD I WAS BLACKLISTED by DISNEY at Grey’s ANATOMY until I get justice for having my rights violated.  (I have documents proving all of this.)  I SHOULD ADD I WORKED WITH JOHN PONZIO on the film Changling (as in Nick Stahl’s stand-in post Jeremy Gilbreathe being fired and Cynthia Youngblood from Grey’s Anatomy’s ex).  The REST OF THE EVENTS.

A former friend who studied acting with me with WILL WALLACE was supposed to go to CENTRAL to see my file, however she lied about not being available and I went alone, only to be shown a peace of paper that said never again on ELI STONE and NEVER again on Desperate Housewives, and NOTHING ELSE.  I worked for CENTRAL for 5 years and that is all they had and well both did not say why-or what I did.  Both were also ABC/ DISNEY shows.  The student told me Will said he would cast her in something and that a problem needed to leave and he was raising a family. I had been his student in 2003 and took him off my resume because he was a jerk and did some shady things. Please note- Will Wallace stared in a film with NICK STAHLS of Carnivale.

In March 2008, a few weeks after sending an email to Central telling the agent I was being bullied by a man who had assaulted me (JEREMY GILBREATHE – who also molested me though not on a set) and people on Eli Stone, I work the film “Bed Time Stories,” a DISNEY movie. I run into a PA from Eli Stone who I was told was responsible for me not being On Eli Stone anymore. I had told her I was being bullied (it turns out the bully was one of her friends who went from set to set saying I was fired from Eli Stone, but I was not fired at that point from Central. The PA is now an AD named Courtney Lovell. Courtney Later emailed me and told me I was pulled off of Eli Stone for issues with background. The issue being her friend who kept making comments about my voice, saying I wanted Johnny Lee Miller (the man had a girlfriend) and well she acted like she owned Eli Stone and I needed to be gone, and I worked it 35 days. I come to set on a recall only to find out that they don’t have a voucher for me. The PA in charge, who I had worked with before on Dr. Vegas and other shows tells me Central says I cancelled. I did not cancel. I was there to work. At the end of the week I am told repeatedly that even though I am told there is a recall on set not to go to set. I found out in emails from someone working that everyone else was recalled. At the end of the week I am told I am terminated from Central forever. This is March. I was told by Central’s legal department that they told me their client said either I go, or they would not longer hire Central.

In August of 2008 I showed up to the set of Grey’s Anatomy to have some man tell me I had never seen before that DISNEY had put me on what the man called a “WATCHER LIST.” The day it happened I emailed a Brit actress I had studied at AADA with and told her that I had been told I was on a Watcher List by Disney and that I thought Eli Stone was involved. A crew person named SHIMMY shows up on Grey’s from Eli Stone. She and I talk about a woman who was featured on Eli Stone who told me on a CBS set that her husband to be was an executive with ABC so she got to see the PILOT before it aired and she hated it. She brought up Eli Stone to me. Not long after she showed up on Eli Stone trying to be a regular so I tell people on the set what she said. The people on the set did not like this woman either and so they featured her as a lawyer that day. If you watch the show, the show gets rid of most of its lawyers in that episode. They featured her to fire her. Later after I am told I can no longer work for Central ever, I get asked to volunteer for a PSA for Stand up to Cancer. I help out twice, once with Jodi Foster and they feature me, and once with Toby Maguire and it is a huge crowd scene at Dodger stadium and they put this blond woman up near the camera. I hear her tell the AD that her husband to be is responsible for me not being able to work anymore for Central. The AD tells her I will not be here by then. I also hear them say I will not shut up about something. I just saw her at an event with John Hawkes. I know John from working on Deadwood and I used to be invited all the time to see his band play in Hollywood “King Straggler.” This blond woman comes up to where I was sitting and there is an empty seat in front of me. She tells the guy who apparently is saving the seat for someone that she just wanted to make sure that a psychotic person did not get to sit there. I did not realize until I got home who the woman was. She has lost weight and her hair is more golden blond but it was the girl from the set of Eli Stone who told me she hated the show.  The crew at GREY”S knew I had made a PSA for stand up 2 cancer.  Johnny Ponzio was supposed to help me with it, but stood me up.  The PSA is now up on my IMDB and is called “THE MONSTER.” 

MY LAST DAY ON GREY”s Shimmy tells me that many people got to see the pilot of Eli Stone not just producers and that this woman’s fiancé was probably not someone important. To this day I wonder why she brought that up. However, that last day the next thing that happened was Patrick Dempsey comments that no one would believe I am a lawyer (but I actually have a juris doctorate) and Eric Dane comments that no one would believe I am an actor. The next day I am told to come to set on a recall. The usual security guard is on duty, but she is with a man I had never seen before. That man asks security “is that her.” He pulls me to the side and tells me Disney has put me on a WATCHER list and I can never work on their sets again. He does not say “lots,” but sets. DO YOU KNOW IT IS A MISDEMEANOR crime for an employer to blacklist an employee, but what those jerks did on Grey’s should be more than a crime. IT WAS AUGUST 25, 2008 and one week before the anniversary of my MASTECTOMY on September 1.

I was making 20,000 a year on sets and working to work in digital media and I was even making friends with people who might have gotten me work in art departments. Central Casting would not give me my file so I recreated it on line so people would know how much I WORKED and how hard I worked. I had a GPA of 3.73 and wanted to work both PRODUCTION and ACT. I basically have all the skills to make YOUTUBE videos except I have never shot a camera. I WANT TO get into a Digital film class to learn to do that. I can edit, do basic animation, photo shop, sound mixing, etc. However, taking me off set and banning me like this cut me off from My friends, and my life for over 5 years and just three years after I had cancer. I made 25,000 the year I had cancer. I worked hard and I would never do anything to mess up a production. I now am paranoid. I can’t sleep right. My father abuses me mentally and physically because my parents are obsessed with me having nothing to do with the arts or actors, even though I have a theater degree and MASTERS in performing arts Management. I don’t even trust the Government at this point because my father was working as a retired Customs Agent for Homeland Security at the time I was told I was on a list and Disney has DOD contracts. I need to know who that man was and who told him to tell me I was on a list officially. As this guy was telling me this, someone shouted from a car “they protect their own.” Jeremy GIlberathe I passed on the street and he was like “what is she still doing here she is supposed to be fired. This guy got fired from Carnivale for COCAINE and molested me and he has been working, including working on “Social Network” with SHIMMY from ELI STONE and GREY’s.

I joined AFTRA to see if I could get on sets working UNION. I worked a few times, but always with a sense I was being watched. I worked at LAX only to be treated like a terrorist and not allowed to take my own luggage to the set. I worked a film for Breast Cancer but sat in HOLDING unused. AT AFTRA they had an event with JASON GEORGE of ELI STONE and I went because I wanted to ask him why his co-stars on Grey’s had me put on a list. JASON GEORGE is from MY BIRTH STATE where MY FATHER GREW UP. He made a comment while Johnny Lee Miller was looking in my direction “too bad she does not look good on tape.” Jason George could not look at me. Consuelo who is on AFTRA’s staff grabbed me by the arm, yanked me away from JASON GEORGE and said “F U” to my face. I sent an email to AFTRA demanding all my money back if they would not let me work on AFTRA sets and complaining about what Consuela did. She is still on staff at AFTRA. This was in 2011. THEY GAVE ME EVERY PENNY BACK as though I had never worked for AFTRA at all, however when I joined the New UNION I had to pay dues for an AFTRA job from 2011. MY New UNION CARD should actually say a UNION member since 2010, not 2011. I used the money to join SAG, and actually had to pay MORE because SAG was higher. I GOT MY FIRST SAG AUDITION – A.B.S- however I recently found out that apparently my producer called my FATHER behind my back. MY FATHER HAS ABUSED ME MY ENTIRE LIFE. HE keeps telling me “they will not let me work on sets” one day, and then another that he has no idea what I am talking about and has nothing to do with it. Of course, he spent months telling me he had NO contact with anyone from CALI in my life.

In December or 2011 I attended a special event on privacy at SAG.  A representative of the FBI was there as was a representative from a company on privacy protection.  I sat in one area near Assaf Cohen.  David Lawrence came over and sat near us so I moved to the back.  David then moved next to Assaf.  David and I had met on an AFI set around 2008 right before he was cast on “HEROES.”  He had asked me out and I had turned him down.   Dawann Lewis, a member of the SAG board I had never met before, walks over the DAVID looks over his shoulder at me in the back and says “Oh yeah she is crazy.”  Keep in mind I have emails to David and also received a phone call from him after this event.  During the q&A I got up and asked the panel what to do if a celebrity were backstabbing you.  At that point both Lawrence and Lewis got up and left the room.  When I got home I found a message from David on my answering machine.  The VP of HOLLYWOOD SAG after the event pulls the FBI agent away from me when we are talking.  This same woman did the same thing when I went up to talk to Ed Harris at an event.  Harris was kind enough though to turn around and shake my hand and say hello to me.  David told me he became friends with Blake Shields after finding out that Blake had once also asked me out. Dawann Lewise, Assaf Cohen, and Glenn Moreshower (who I met on the set of 24) all have the same management company- STONE MANNERS- which used to be BLAKE’s Management company.   

I January of 2012 SAG legal sent me documentation so I could file CHARGES against DEMSPEY, DANE, Cynthia Youngblood, Jeremy GIlbreathe, and others involved in this, including Johnny Ponzio who told me I could get reinstated, kept wanting to meet with me for coffee, but then when I wanted to work with him on a PSA for stand up 2 cancer, he stood me up and I had to find other people to help me. Ponzio’s ex girlfriend is Cynthia YOUNGBLOOD. I went to a UNION meeting in February, taking a box I have of paychecks from sets. I approached one Assaf Cohen who told me he was friends with Blake Shields, and apparently also friends with David Lawrence (both of whom asked me to go out with them, and I did not date either man). Assaf starts screaming at me “I’m being assaulted.” I never touched him. I weigh less than 120 right now and was carrying a file box full of paper. I could not touch him.

IN March of 2012, I attend another meeting. This time I only take paychecks for the year I had cancer. I take the file out of a bag I am carrying them in. Security wants me to check my bag. The man assaults me. He grabs my arm and I am scared. SO I reacted defensively as well only we women can. I took my shirt off. I lost my breasts to cancer. I worked on Deadwood. Nudity is not pornography to me. I was scared and wanted this man to back away and to show him I was unarmed. Anne-Marie Johnston was in the lobby and calms me down because I ended up collapsing onto the floor. She tells me it is important for me to be at the meeting and so I stay. I get in line to talk, but then people keep butting in front of me. When I get up to the mic Ned Vaughn says “TIME OUT.” So I should “Aftra is killing me. They have in my file I was terminated.” They did. When they sent me my check instead of saying resignation, they put the work terminated. I did not assault CONSUELA or ASSAF- Consuela assaulted ME.

UNION SECURITY called the police on me and told them that I said I was going to get a gun and kill myself. THE DOCTOR who cared for me at the HOSPITAL gave me a copy of the documents saying why I was sent there and that was the reason that police indicated- I said I would get a gun, and I have never wanted to own one in my life. I have carried one for a PILOT for FOX playing a cop, but that is all. They also told them that I was apparently NOT A RETIRED Lawyer and suffering from Delusions of Grandeur. I AM A RETIRED LAWYER. I spent 3 days in an institution for DRUG USERS (a place JEREMY GILBREATHE should have been sent to back when we worked on Carnivale but not ME.) I did not talk about GUNS, but about how I was told I was on a list by DISNEY. The let me go after 3 days and the doctor let me pick my diagnosis. If there is anything wrong with me, and I am not saying there is not, I have PTSD and PARANOIA brought on by being told I was on a list. I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM JEFF OLAN the casting agent for GREY’s confirming he was told I could NEVER work for ABC again and also that he tried to say I said my father put me on a list. I never said that. I asked if my father was involved and never got an answer. I HATE GUNS. I am BUDDHIST VEGAN. However because of what happened I will probably never play an FBI agent again even though Central had me as being GOOD AT THAT and BONES had my picture on one of their IDs. I even recently saw a woman while watching the show BONES who kind of looks like me a bit but wearing glasses working background on that show. THE UNION took away my right to VOTE. They took away my right to take classes.

I WANT to FIND A LAWYER TO SUE DEMPSEY, DANE, SONDRALAND (I just went to see a film at the DISNEY STUDIO LOT- they let me on the lot- but my guess is PROSPECT would not) and the UNION. The head of legal was standing in the LOBBY Of SAG when the police dragged me off to 501/50 me and the UNION members apparently think I was ARRESTED. I’ve spent the last 5 years thinking I will NEVER WORK AGAIN or do anything I LOVE AGAIN on any SET. And I LOVED BEING ON SETS and wanted to work on film sets for the rest of my life. Even a casting assistant recently told me in a workshop that we need to do what ever we can to work in the industry and network, even BACKGROUND. But apparently I am NOT ALLOWED. I have never committed a crime in my life. And being in debt is not a crime. I want to make a LIVING but I am not going to care about doing a good job, when I did a good job on sets only to be treated like a terrorist.

I want to believe we have HONESTY, INTEGRITY and JUSTICE in this country. I have a law degree which means apparently I am not allowed to sue if I have been wronged and I am also not allowed to do anything but work to sue people. Sorry America- but I will NEVER practice law and my happiness depends on me knowing I can be and work on film and TV sets again. My father has also abused me. I even went a few years ago to his Dentist in AZ because I was in pain and needed a filling removed. His dentist removed the filling, replaced it, but did not clean my teeth. Yesterday my father told me I got what I deserved. I don’t want to spend time with a bully even if he made me. My toe was crushed at the NEXT STAGE theater where the man who runs it told us he worked for Paramount and his father used to be a border patrol cop. My teacher at my current school told us that he also spent time with border patrol police, and he spent the semester telling me my father should not be paying for me to be an actor. I WENT TO COLLEGE ON A FULL SCHOLARSHIP. DISNEY blacklisted me a week before the third year anniversary of my MASTECTOMY. the Crew of Grey’s knew I had the cancer, knew I was in the PSA for stand up 2 cancer. It does not matter if the industry is forgiving, because I did not do anything WRONG. And frankly for me to have a career with my education and skills and because I need to LOVE what I do, I needed to stay on SETS.   THE INDUSTRY IS SMALL- and it is not right that I was taken off sets so the person who molested me and his friends could take away the 5 years I worked on sets as though they never existed.   I promised GOD when I had the cancer if I survived I would never take a job my father would want me to have. I CHOSE TO LIVE FOR ME not for him.  I AM NOT HIS PROPERTY OF THE PROPERTY OF THE US GOVERNMENT.  I DON’T GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE LIKE MY FATHER, SO DOES IT MAKE SENSE TO MAKE ME WORK WITH MEN LIKE HIM AND TAKE ME AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE I DO UNDERSTAND AND AM DRIVEN TO WORK WITH.

George Barker Barrett III– another stand-in from Carnivale and the UNION is restricting me from going to SCREENERS.  I should have the right to attend screeners just like any other SAG member.  IF someone does not want to talk to me, they don’t need to sit with me.  I have the right to seek employment on sets too.  THIS IS WRONG.  I have no interested in being gainfully employed, but working to love LIFE.  everything I cared about is gone if I can’t be on sets while a guy who wanted to jump out of a car (and I stopped him) JEremy Gilbreathe, because he wanted to be famous is SANE enough to work CREW.  His Girlfriend ALAINA FILO was in the car when he tried to kill himself by driving and I was in the back seat trying to stop him by holding on and trying to prevent him from well- jumping out.  Alaina actually went to the same college I did- which mean their actions have not only impacted my reputation here in Cali, but where I am from in Maryland.  I grew up 45 minutes away from the college.
